1. Pipeline Review (week 1)

40-minute call. We look at your CRM, your last 6–12 months of pipeline, and where deals are getting stuck. You leave with a clear picture even if we don't work together.

2. Audit and prioritise (week 2)

We pull every opportunity out of your CRM, score it for recovery potential, and surface the ones worth reopening.

3. Drafts and approval (week 3)

For each recoverable deal, we draft a reactivation message. You review, edit, approve. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

4. Follow-up rhythm (week 4)

We set up the workflow your team will use weekly to keep this running -so next quarter, you don't have another backlog to clear.

Do we have to change our CRM?

No. We work with whatever you have - HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Microsoft, a spreadsheet. The workflow sits above your existing tools.

Are you sending emails on our behalf?

No. Every message is drafted for your review and lands in your Gmail or Outlook drafts folder. You decide what goes out.

What happens after 30 days?

You keep the workflow. Most clients move to a lighter monthly engagement to keep the pipeline clean - but there's no obligation, and we don't lock you in.

What if we don't find anything worth recovering?

If we don't surface at least 5 recoverable opportunities you didn't have visibility on, the fee is refunded in full.
